The bid from SK Brann failed to match the club's valuation of the player
Owello's contract with IK Start expires in the next four months. It is almost certain he does not want to renew his contract with the club from Kristiansand. And this has sparked interest from clubs especially in Scandinavia for his signature, with SK Brann leading the race.
Jamaica international Rodolph Austin departed Brann in the summer transfer market to join Leeds United. The top candidate to replace him is Solomon Owello.
