Exclusive: SOLOMON OWELLO Snubs Danish Club Silkeborg
Published: August 12, 2012Former Nigeria youth - teamer and IK Start midfielder Solomon Owello had earlier been negotiating a summer move to Silkeborg in the Danish Superliga.
The player has ruled himself out of a move to the Jultand based club, and there are now suggestions that the Canada 2007 Fifa Under 20 World Cup star would continue his career in Norway.
Owello told allnigeriasoccer.com : '' I am not going to sign for Silkeborg any more. I feel that is not the right move for me at this stage of my career. I will let you know my future destination when everything is settled. If I am remaining with IK Start? ......I don't know for now.''
Reports in Norway are strongly linking Owello, whose contract with IK Start expires in the next four months, with a move to SK Brann in the summer transfer market.
