Swiss vice-champions Lucerne are looking for reinforcements in attack, and are focusing on the Israeli-Nigerian forward of Hapoel Tel Aviv, Toto Tamuz reports blick.ch.
Tamuz has a market value of €1 .5 million which has not deterred the Swiss club from preparing a bid. Lucerne also have an excellent relationship with Tamuz's agent, Ronen Katzav.
Hapoel Tel Aviv have financial problems, and want to sell their high earners this summer including Nigerians Nosa Igiebor and Toto Tamuz.
Despite having an injury plagued season, the 24-year-old Tamuz scored 13 goals in the Israeli Championship in the 2011 - 2012 campaign. He pockets 200,000 dollars as annual wages.
