 Saudi Arabia coach Roberto Mancini announces 31-man squad for Nigeria friendly ahead of trip to Lagos

Saudi Arabia national team coach Roberto Mancini has announced a 31-man squad to participate in the preparatory camp that will start on Sunday in the Portuguese city of Lagos.
 

As part of the third stage of the preparatory program in preparation for the 2023 Asian Cup competitions, Saudi Arabia will face two African sides Nigeria and Mali in friendly matches on October 13 and October 17 respectively.

 

An analysis of the roster revealed that four goalkeepers, eight defenders, thirteen midfielders and six forwards have been invited by the Italian football tactician. 

 

During Saudi Arabia's training camp from October 8 to October 17, the Asian powerhouse will face Nigeria and Mali at the Estádio Municipal de Portimão. 

 

Mancini has called up thirty one players based in Saudi Arabia, with Al-Hilal contributing the most players to the roster (12).
