He bagged his first in the 9th minute when he fired the ball into the bottom right corner from Exequiel Palacios's pass.
Eren Dinkci restored parity for Heidenheim but Jonas Hofmann restored the home side lead in the 63rd minute.
Boniface would extend Bayern Leverkusen's lead from the penalty spot before Amine Adli rounded up the scoring for Xabi Alonso's spot.
According to statisticians at Opta, the 22-year-old has become the third player in Bundesliga history to score 3 braces in his first 5 games in the German topflight with Erling Haaland and Jan Mattsson being the others.
Ademola Lookman got a goal in Atalanta's 2-0 win over Cagliari having scored a tap-in from Charles De Ketelaere's pass before Mario Pasalic sealed the victory for the Black and Blues.
The former Everton man is now back to form having netted in three of his last four games for club and country combined.
Before today, Lookman scored once in his last 15 appearances in the Serie A.
Cyriel Dessers scored the game-winning goal for Rangers in their 1-0 win over Motherwell on matchday 6 of the Scottish Premiership - his first in the division.
He got his goal in the 24th minute when he finished from close range to give the Light Blues the only goal of the game.
