Altrincham, Barnet, Woking, Wealdstone monitoring situation of Nigerian striker
Published: June 17, 2022Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that several National League clubs are monitoring the situation of Nigerian striker Temi Babalola in the summer transfer window.
The 6ft 4in centre-forward had a breakout campaign at Concord Rangers, finishing the season with a goal involvement of eighteen (6 goals, 12 assists) in 33 appearances in the National League South.
Fifth tier clubs Altrincham, Barnet, Woking and Wealdstone have identified Babalola as a potential summer reinforcement.
Babalola has been described a very strong, fast and technically good striker and despite his height he is very good on the ball.
The 21-year-old trained with Luton Town last season but nothing came out of it and had attracted interest from Ipswich Town.
He has been on the books of non-league clubs throughout his career, having spent time at Woodford Town, Brentwood FC and Romford FC prior to joining Concord Rangers.
Born in England, Babalola is open to representing the Nigerian national teams.
