English Premier League giants Manchester United have confirmed via their official website they have reached an agreement in principle with Borussia Dortmund for the transfer of England international Jadon Sancho from Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund.
Sancho's transfer to the Red Devils is subject to contractual terms and the player passing a physical examination after his participation in the ongoing European Championship.
According to Italian transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano, Borussia Dortmund agreed to shred their agreement with Sancho before expiration in exchange for 90 million euros (N53.1 billion in Nigerian currency) guaranteed plus performance related add-ons.
The Three Lions winger is represented by Elite Project Group Limited, owned by a Nigerian intermediary based in the United Kingdom, Emeka Obasi.
It goes without saying that this is the most expensive transfer in history brokered by a Nigerian agent.
Obasi reached an agreement on the agency commission to be paid to him for the work he did around three weeks ago.
He handles the affairs of Super Eagles stars Josh Maja, Terem Moffi, Ola Aina, Joe Aribo and Alex Iwobi, as well as Rangers youngster Malcolm Ebiowei, who was named in Nigeria's provisional squad list for the 2019 FIFA U17 World Cup.
