Fulham planning to sign three Nigerian players permanently but on one condition

English Premier League club Fulham are planning to sign two Nigeria internationals in the form of Ola Aina and Josh Maja on permanent deals if they beat the drop at the end of the 2020-2021 season.

According to the online edition of the Sun UK, the Cottagers are confident of convincing their seven loan players, including Ademola Lookman, to stay provided they escape relegation.

Nigeria target Lookman joined Fulham on loan last summer but no purchase clause was included into the deal taking him to the club.

An option to buy set at €12.5m has been included in Aina's contract while Fulham will have to shell out ten million euros for Maja.

The two Super Eagles stars have emerged as key players for Fulham, starting the last six matches played by the London club and the striker was on target twice.

Statistically, Lookman has been Fulham's most decisive player in the Premier League this term, with a goal involvement of seven in 25 appearances,

With ten games left to the end of the season, it's just goal difference keeping Scott Parker's team in the relegation zone; they have the same number of points as Brighton & Hove who are seventeenth in the table.
