Super Eagles Star Ejuke On Target In CSKA Moscow's 5-0 Rout Of Real Murcia
Published: January 28, 2021CSKA Moscow continued their preparations for the second half of the Russian Premier League season with a 5-0 rout of Real Murcia in a friendly at their training camp in Spain.
Nigeria international Chidera Ejuke got on the scoresheet for the Army Men after coming off the bench in the 46th minute - the third goal netted by the Muscovites.
CSKA Moscow's other scorers were Vlasic, Zaynutdinov, Shkurin and Avanesyan.
Today's victory was the second for CSKA Moscow at the training camp as they thrashed AFE 7-0 on January 23, a game Ejuke played the entirety of the second half.
Ejuke has revealed that he trained on his own during the break and is fully fit for the training camp in Campoamor.
"I trained a lot during my vacation, and I completed the program that was given to us before we left, " Ejuke told pfc-cska.com.
"I think I managed not to lose my shape during the holidays. Guys are one hundred percent involved in the work from the first days, we prepare for the second part of the season.
"We have serious tasks and we need to start working on them right now."
CSKA Moscow will hold two training camps in Spain, which will end on February 19.
