Agent Confirms Return To Premier League On The Cards for West Brom-Linked Striker Musa
Published: January 27, 2021Ahmed Musa's intermediary, Tony Harris has confirmed that the Super Eagles captain could be heading to the English Premier League in the near future but has not totally ruled out his client returning for a third stint with CSKA Moscow.
Although Musa's intermediary has not disclosed the Premier League clubs interested in his signature, it is confirmed that West Brom and Burnley are among his suitors in England.
The former Leicester City striker was scheduled to undergo a medical with the Baggies this week with a view to a transfer.
He has been on the lookout for a new club after mutually terminating his contract with Saudi Arabian Professional League club Al-Nassr last October.
"Negotiations with CSKA have not ended, but most likely Ahmed will go to England," Harris said to Sport Express Russia.
In two different spells with the Army Men, Musa scored 61 goals in 184 appearances, winning three Russian Premier League titles, one Russian Cup and two Russian Super Cups.
