Italian Champions Juventus Keeping Tabs On Fulham's Nigeria-Eligible Center Back
Published: January 25, 2021Italian champions Juventus are keeping tabs on Fulham's Nigeria-eligible defender Tosin Adarabioyo.
Turin-based sports daily Tuttosport has reported that Juventus are among the clubs tracking the Manchester City academy product with a view to a possible move in the summer transfer window.
Although Adarabioyo is contracted to the Cottagers until June 2023, the London club are aware that it would be difficult to keep hold of the center back if they are relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.
The 23-year-old has established himself as one of the most consistent performers for Fulham in the ongoing season, and the interest from the Bianconeri speaks volumes of the progress he has made over the last three months.
Adarabioyo has started all of his 14 appearances in the Premier League, helping Fulham keep three clean sheets.
He mainly plays as a central defender, though he can also feature as a right-back and was deployed in that position several times during his loan spell with West Brom during the 2018-2019 season.
Should Adarabioyo's move to Juventus materialize, he'd join Paolo Gozzi on the club's roster.
