Stoke City midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo has the joint-highest figure in clear-cut goalscoring chances created at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
According to football statistics website Whoscored.com, the Super Eagles number 8 has created three clear-cut goalscoring chances, the same figure as Karl Toko Ekambi (Cameroon), Ovidy Karuru (Zimbabwe) and Nordin Amrabat (Morocco).
Etebo is one of only two Super Eagles players to have gone the distance in each game played by the Super Eagles at the Africa Cup of Nations, the other being Torino wing-back Ola Aina.
The 23-year-old has averaged 1.7 shots per game, has a 89.3 percent pass success percentage and 2 key passes per game.
When it comes to defensive statistics, Etebo averaged 2, 1.3 and 1.7 in tackles, interceptions and fouls respectively per game.
He is in contention to make his fourth straight appearance of the Africa Cup of Nations in Saturday's cracker against Cameroon.
