Nigeria's quest to qualify for the knockout rounds of the Women's World Cup for the second time begins on Saturday with the African champions taking on Scandinavian giants Norway at the Stade Auguste-Delaune, Reims.
The Norwegian team is filled with stars such as Maria Thorisdottir and Maren Mjelde who are both on the books of Chelsea, Wolfsburg duo Caroline Hansen and Kristine Minde, and Stabaek's Ingrid Hjelmseth.
Defender Thorisdottir is predicting a difficult clash against a Nigerian team with physical attributes.
Speaking to the official website of Chelsea, she said : ''Well we have France in our group which will be tough. They are playing at home and they have a great team with a bunch of good players, but anything is possible.
''South Korea is a different team and Nigeria are a physical team so it will be difficult.''
