Iwobi Handed Decent Ratings Against Napoli In Europa League Clash
Alex Iwobi came off the bench in the 66th minute to replace Alexandre Lacazette in Arsenal's 2-0 win over Napoli in the first leg of their quarterfinals fixtures on Thursday.

Allnigeriasoccer.com monitored the player ratings of some of the British media who did coverage of the crucial match at The Emirates.

Express.co.uk handed a decent six out of 10 to the Nigerian who came on in the second half in place of Alexandre Lacazette.

"SUB: Alex Iwobi (on for Lacazette, 66 mins) – 6."

"Given plenty of space to run into and tried to make the most of it by pegging Napoli back, although needed to take a bit more care in the final third."

The4thofficial.net rated Iwobi very averagely and stated that the Nigerian was not spectacular in the 24 minutes that he played.

"Alex Iwobi: 5. Nothing special from the Nigerian ace on the night," the website wrote.

"Iwobi 6/10. No real impact after coming on," blogger, Arsenalstation.com opined.

"Iwobi - 5 . Decent deeper in possession but didn ' t do too much going forward," was the opinion of www.thefootballnetwork.net.

Finally, Pain In The Arsenal interestingly noted of Iwobi's second half contributions:

"There are no ratings for Alex Iwobi, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Mohamed Elneny, though Iwobi had some nice moments down the left flank once again."

Iwobi is likely to feature in Monday night's Premier League match against Europa League chasing Watford.
