Nigeria U20 Star Dubbed The New Drogba Training With Danish Club SonderjyskE
Published: January 03, 2019Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Nigeria U20 international Nazifi Yahaya is training with Danish Superliga club SønderjyskE Fodbold with a view to a transfer in the January transfer window.
The 18-year-old striker has remained in Scandinavia after seeing a proposed move to Brondby collapse and everything indicates that he will be offered a contract by SønderjyskE, having impressed at trials.
Yahaya and another Flying Eagles star Alhassan Ibrahim had trained with Brondby but the 10-time Danish champions failed to reach an agreement with the players because there was an unresolved issue that originated from the midfielder.
Belgian First Division A side Club Brugge also explored the possibility of signing both players but that did not work out too.
SønderjyskE have opened talks with Yahaya's parent club Dabo Babes over the signing of the promising attacker.
One of the features of his game is that he is very good in the air, leading to comparisons with Chelsea legend Didier Drogba.
