Official : Chelsea Goalkeeper Signs New Four-And-A-Half Year Deal
Published: December 21, 2018Chelsea have confirmed via their official website that promising goalkeeper Nathan Baxter has been rewarded for his form and a successful spell at Yeovil with a new deal.
The new four-and-a-half year contract signed by the 20-year-old sees him tied to the Stamford Bridge outfit until June 30, 2023.
This season, Baxter has posted seven shutouts from 16 appearances for Yeovil Town in the League Two while conceding 18 goals.
Born in Westminster, he joined Chelsea in 2006 from Cray Wanderers and has been farmed out on loan to Metropolitan Police, Solihull Moors, Woking and Yeovil Town.
The goalkeeper was part of the Chelsea team that won the UEFA Youth League in April 2016.
