Russia 2018 World Cup : Super Eagles To Train At Essentuki Arena
Published: February 09, 2018Football governing body, Fifa, confirmed on Friday that the Nigerian national team will be based in Essentuki at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
The Sanatorium Istochnik Hotel in the Stavropol region, Essentuki will act as the Super Eagles headquarters during the tournament, while they will train at Essentuki Arena.
A double room at the Sanatorium Istochnik Hotel will cost guests a minimum of N31,900.00, inclusive of meals.
The facilities at the hotel include: swimming pool, indoor pool, fitness center, personal trainer, ATM On Site, daily housekeeping and a business center.
Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel and pets are not allowed.
If the Super Eagles qualify for the knockout rounds, they have to choose whether to retain the Sanatorium Istochnik Hotel as their base or move to another location/city.
Nigeria have been paired with Argentina, Croatia and Iceland in Group D at the World Cup and will battle the Eastern Europeans in their first game on June 16 at Kaliningrad Stadium, Kaliningrad.
