What Is Going On With Iheanacho? Rated Poor Against Man City
Published: December 20, 2017Talented Nigeria international Kelechi Iheanacho struggled in Leicester City's loss on penalties to his former club Manchester City on Tuesday night, so much so that he was rated among the worst players on the King Power Stadium turf.
The Taye Academy product made his fourth start in all competitions from a possible 22, and had to be substituted eleven minutes into the second half, after he was silenced by Manchester City defenders.
In their ratings of the Foxes players, Leicester City Mercury, a top voice on Leicester City, gave Iheanacho five out of ten marks.
The Super Eagles star had the least rating along with Aleksandar Dragovic, Andy King and Ben Chilwell.
''Unimpressive performance against his former club. Subbed before the hour,'' the newspaper wrote.
In total, Iheanacho has clocked up 426 minutes from a possible 2,010 for the first team of Leicester City this season.
