42,000 Capacity Municipal Stadium Wroclaw Likely To Host Poland-Nigeria Friendly

On Monday, the Media Officer of the Polish Football Association (PZPN), Jakub Kwiatkowski, confirmed that the Poles will face the Super Eagles in a friendly on March 23, 2018 but stressed that the venue of the match has not yet been decided.
Radio Wroclaw is reporting that everything indicates that the Polish football team will play in Wroclaw on March 23 with Nigeria, but the match interferes with the Book Fair at the Municipal Stadium planned for two days.
The organizers of the match have confirmed to the radio station that the game will take place in Wroclaw, and the Book Fair will have to be cancelled or moved to another location.
The Municipal Stadium in Wrocław is the third largest stadium in Poland and has a capacity of approximately 42,000.
It was one of the venues for the 2012 European Championship, and hosted the friendly between Poland and Slovenia November 14, 2016.
