Peter Olayinka Named Zulte Waregem Player Of The Month
Published: September 18, 2017Former Nigeria U23 invitee Peter Olayinka has been named S.V. Zulte Waregem's Player of the Month for August 2017 on the back of his performances for the Belgium First Division A outfit.
Record Bank, who have a shirt sponsorship deal with S.V. Zulte Waregem, are the sponsors of the award for the best player.
During the period under review, Olayinka contributed to four goals scored by Zulte Waregem in the Belgian top-flight.
The 21-year-old scored once and provided two assists in his team's 4-0 rout of Standard Liege on August 18, before finding the net in a 3-2 loss to RSC Charleroi eight days later.
The attacker started all the four matches contested by S.V. Zulte Waregem in the league in August, logging 354 minutes.
S.V. Zulte Waregem announced the loan signing of Peter Olayinka from Gent in July.
