Chelsea Offer New Contract To Belgian Midfielder Until 2021

According to Tuttomercatoweb there are positive signs that Hazard will pen a deal tying him to Chelsea until 2021 in the coming weeks.
The number ten was on the radar of European champions Real Madrid in the summer transfer window after playing a key role in Chelsea winning the Premier League title last season.
And to fend off the interest from Los Blancos, Chelsea have opened contract talks with Hazard and his entourage.
Hazard has returned to full fitness after missing the first four matches of the season due to an ankle injury he sustained while on international duty with Belgium, and came off the bench in last night's 6-0 hammering of Qarabag.
The La Louvière born star joined Chelsea in the summer of 2012 from French Ligue 1 club Lille.
