(Photo Confirmation) : Nigeria International Midfielder Mikel Joins Bursaspor
Published: August 09, 2017Turkish Super Lig club Bursaspor have announced that they have struck a deal with Portuguese setup Porto over the loaning of Mikel Agu.
The Nigeria international midfielder has joined The Green Crocodiles on a season-long loan.
Mikel Agu trained for the first time with his new teammates on Tuesday, and could make his competitive debut for his new employer when they take on Musa Mohammed's İstanbul Başakşehir F.K. on Friday.
A product of BJ Foundation, which produced the likes of Victor Moses, Isaac Success and Elderson Echiejile, Mikel previously enjoyed loan spells with Club Brugge and Vitória Setúbal.
The 24-year-old has appeared once for the Super Eagles in a sanctioned match against Togo in Paris two months ago.
