Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea Nigerian Wonderkids Listed Among Top 20 Talents To Watch This Season
Published: August 08, 2017Ahead of the start of the new Premier League season, Pro Soccer Talk has picked the Top 20 Premier League academy products to watch this year, with three players of Nigerian descent mentioned.
Manchester United's Matthew Olosunde, Chelsea loanee Tammy Abraham and Liverpool starlet Dominic Solanke have been tipped to make the grade if they are handed game time in the 2017-2018 campaign.
By all indications, England youth internationals Solanke and Abraham will make their Premier League debuts as early as this month, having impressed in pre-season.
But United's Olosunde appears not to be in the immediate plans of manager Jose Mourinho as he did not figure for the first team during pre-season preparations.
The right wing-back made the Red Devils provisional squad lists for the trips to Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal at the tail end of last season.
