Official: Tottenham Confirm Two Nigerian Wonderkids Have Penned New Contracts
Published: July 29, 2017Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that two players of Nigerian decent are among the 16 youngsters offered fresh contracts ahead of the new season.
Josh Oluwayemi and Jubril Okedina have penned two-year scholarship deals with Spurs, with effect from July 1, 2017.
The new intakes are made up of one goalkeeper, three defenders, six midfielders, four wingers and two forwards.
Goalkeeper Oluwayemi is an England youth international, Okedina is a central defender who has already made his debut for Tottenham's U18 squad.
The two players are in line to feature for Tottenham Hotspur U18 in a tournament at Manchester United this weekend.
