Exclusive : Freddie Ladapo Returns To Crystal Palace, Will Not Extend Latics Stay
Published: January 01, 2017Former Nigeria U20 invitee Freddie Ladapo is set to bid farewell to EFL League One side Oldham Athletic on Monday, January 2 and return to his parent club Crystal Palace.
Ladapo joined Oldham Athletic few days before the close of the summer transfer window to enable him get more playing opportunities after the capture of Christian Benteke pushed him down the pecking order of strikers.
“Freddie Ladapo is returning to Palace after tomorrow’s game for Oldham, ” Ladapo’s agent Dan Chapman told allnigeriasoccer.com.
Ladapo, 23, will make his 21st appearance for Oldham Athletic in all competitions if he gets game time versus Port Vale on Monday.
Before his arrival at OL1 2PA , he was an unused substitute in Premier League games against West Brom and Tottenham Hotspur.
