Official : Nigerian-Born Striker Extends Contract With Chelsea
Published: September 21, 2016Nigerian-born Chelsea striker Eniola Aluko has extended her contract with the FA Women’s Super League team ahead of the big clash with Manchester City this weekend.
An England international, Aluko first joined the Blues in July 2007 then moved to the United States to sign for Saint Louis Athletica the following year, before returning for a second spell in December 2012.
The 29-year-old has scored 57 goals in 125 appearances for the Blues across her two spells, and assisted the club to win the league and Cup last year.
Birmingham City Ladies, Charlton Athletic Ladies, Atlanta Beat and Sky Blue FC are the other teams she has represented in her senior career.
Eniola Aluko has 102 international caps for the Three Lionesses since her debut.
