Chelsea Stars Mikel, Moses Still Being Expected, As Osimhen, Imoh, 4 Others Hit Super Eagles Camp
Published: August 29, 2016Six of the twenty three players summoned by the Nigeria Football Federation for the 2017 African Cup of Nations qualifying fixture against Tanzania have landed in Uyo.
As at 1600 hours, home-based duo, goalkeeper Emmanuel Daniel of Enugu Rangers and Kano Pillars central defender Jamiu Alimi, were at Le Meridien Ibom Hotel and Golf Resort camp of the Super Eagles.
The foreign-based professionals sighted at the hotel include Brown Ideye, Victor Osimhen, Imoh Ezekiel and Musa Mohammed.
According to the NFF, Technical Adviser Gernot Rohr and a handful of players, who have flight delays in Lagos, are also expected to arrive in Uyo later today.
Nigeria face Tanzania at the Akwa Ibom International Stadium on Saturday, September 3.
