Published: July 09, 2016
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that BJ Foundation were short-changed following the transfer of Nigeria youth international Isaac Success to Udinese in 2014.
Several figures have been bandied around by the media as the transfer fees but it is a hundred percent confirmed that the Benin-City based nursery team agreed to sell the attacker for 400,000 euros but eventually received only 37.5 percent of that sum, €150,000.
The balance, €250,000, was paid to the local and foreign intermediaries that brokered the deal.
In July, Watford completed the signing of Isaac Success on a five-year deal for a fee of €15 million , which is a rise of
€14.6 million in his transfer fee.
To put it another way, the Hornets paid approximately 38 times more for the player compared to what he would have cost two years ago.
