NSC Partner, Kayrom Lee Attributes Keshi, Amodu Death To Irregular Body Workout

The preliminary reports of the cause of the death of the two Nigerian foremost sweat merchants by physicians was traced to cardiac arrest or heart failure which the Obafemi Awolowo Stadium Ibadan based expert claimed can be averted through a conscious wellness lifestyle that entails regular workout.
Speaking with newsmen in Ibadan the CEO of Kayrom Lee, Mrs. Romoke Ayinde described the death of the two football icon as a calamity to the Nigerian soccer family but urged the football ruling body in the country, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to take the welfare of their heroes more importantly by ensuring a routing check-up on them.
“A person being owed is likely to be depressed and experienced boredom, but regular workout can combat health conditions and diseases such as cardiovascular problems that can leads to cardiac arrest.
“This one-two punch keeps your blood flowing smoothly, which decreases your risk of cardiovascular diseases. In fact, regular physical activity can help you prevent or manage a wide range of health problems and concerns, including stroke.
“Need an emotional lift, or need to blow off some steam after a stressful day, a workout at the gym or a brisk 30 minute walk can help.
“Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed.
“You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem”, Ayinde explained.
