Published: March 31, 2016
Super Eagles strikers Ahmed Musa and Aaron Samuel did not participate in CSKA Moscow’s training session on Thursday.
Championat.com is reporting that the two Nigeria national-teamers are expected to arrive in Russia on Friday, April 1, two days before the Muscovites face off against Zenit Saint Petersburg in the Premier League.
Musa and Samuel were called up for the African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Egypt but only the former was in action in the two games against the North Africans, with the Guangzhou R&F loanee failing to make the match day squads.
Aaron Samuel has been involved in 3 games for the Army Men in all competitions since completing his transfer in February, while Musa has started every single game in the top-flight(21 in total), scoring nine goals.
