Gent Winger Moses Simon Declares Himself Fit To Face Egypt
Published: March 29, 2016Gent winger Moses Simon has declared himself fit to face Egypt on Tuesday night, amid reports that he picked up a training ground injury during the Super Eagles final training session.
The 20-year-old was included in the starting XI for the first leg fixture at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna.
“Simon is okay, he is not injured, ” a source close to the Golden Boot Soccer Academy product briefly told allnigeriasoccer.com.
Kenneth Omeruo(Kasimpasa), Leon Balogun(Mainz 05) and Carl Ikeme(Wolves) did not travel with the Super Eagles to Alexandria due to fitness concerns.
