Remo Stars Defeat Hard To Swallow For Victor Mbaoma
Remo Stars FC failed to pick up maximum points in the rescheduled Nigeria National League week 7 fixture against Ekiti United losing 2-1 despite taking the lead.

Captain of the Sky Blue Stars Victor Mbaoma has described the loss as a bitter pill to swallow haven surrendered a one goal lead with 5 minutes to go.

Victor Mbaoma who scored the opener was disappointed with the result

“It is difficult to describe how I feel at the moment, we had a couple of chances we didn’t convert before I scored and afterwards we failed to clear our lines.

“The result is difficult to accept cause we had worked hard and even played so well to get maximum points here but it wasn’t meant to be so at the end of the day,” he said.

Remo Stars FC travel down to Rojenny Stadium in Ontisha to take on Lobi Stars in the Federation Cup on Wednesday.
