Leon Balogun Happy To Make It To Bundesliga With Darmstadt 98
Published: May 24, 2015Nigeria international Leon Balogun’s dreams of playing in the Bundesliga come next season is now a reality.
The right back played the full 90 minutes as Darmstadt 98 struggled to beat St Pauli 1 - 0 in the final round of games in the second - tier.
Following the victory, Merck-Stadion am Böllenfalltor outfit ended the season in second place with 59 points and automatically gained promotion to the topflight.

Next up for Leon Balogun is the Afcon qualifier against Chad and he’ll also be hoping to hear from Darmstadt 98 as regards to the extension of his contract which expires in the summer.
