Oshaniwa, Bello, Tukura And Mbah Suffer Relegation With Israeli Teams
Published: May 17, 2015 Juwon Oshaniwa and striker Yero Bello will be playing in the Israeli Liga Leumit in the 2015 - 2016 campaign unless they severe ties with MS Ashdod.
For the first time in 18 years, The Dolphins have lost their Premier League status in the wake of their 1 - 0 loss to Hapoel Tel Aviv on Saturday.
The result means MS Ashdod finished last in the standings with 31 points at the end of the relegation round, and will be relegated along with Hapoel Petah Tikva, who pay the wages of Michael Tukura and ex Flying Eagle Chimezie Mbah.
Between them, Oshaniwa and Bello made 39 appearances in the top division this season.
The Nigeria international will enter the final 12 months of his contract with Ashdod on July 1.
