Chelsea Starlet Dominic Solanke Delighted With Brace
Published: April 11, 2015England youth - teamer Dominic Solanke scored a brace as Chelsea Under 19s qualified for the final of the UEFA Youth League by defeating Roma 4 - 0 in the semi - final.
Anglo - Nigerians Solanke, Ola Aina, Fikayo Tomori all played a part in the victory while Ike Ugbo was an unused substitute.
Solanke was happy to register his name on the score - sheet against the Italian opponents, and he’s looking forward to the final on Monday with Shakhtar Donetsk.
“Beat Roma 4-0 in the Semi final! Onto the final Monday. Couple more goals,” said Dominic Solanke on Twitter.
17 - year - old Solanke is the leading marksman in this season’s UEFA Youth League with 11 goals in the competition.
