Asisat Oshoala Happy With Performance Against Mali
Published: April 11, 2015Liverpool number 14 Asisat Oshoala was delighted after scoring a brace for the Super Falcons in their 8 - 0 humiliation of Mali on Friday evening at the National Stadium, Abuja.
The reigning CAF Female Player of the Year and Youth Player of the Year was on target either side of the half, and set up three other goals for her teammates.
“Great game with a superb team work today from my girls. Amazing support from the fans.
“Won 8-0, scored 2 and assisted 3 goals,”an elated Asisat Oshoala said on Twitter.
The 20 - year - old striker will return to England in the coming days to begin preparations with The Reds ahead of their league fixture with Chelsea Ladies next weekend.
