Published: March 30, 2015
Ex Dolphins of Port Harcourt midfielder Stone Evbuomwan finally made his official debut for Arab Contractors on Monday, two months after his deal with the Egyptian club was finalized.
Sporting the number 27 jersey, he entered the fray as a 60th minute substitute, with Arab Contractors leading their opponents Al Masry 1 - 0, thanks to Karim Al- Dieb’s goal two minutes after the interval.
“I think I feel very happy because it’s what I have been waiting for, so I can improve my game,” says Stone Evbuomwan to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“If I should assess my performance in that game, I will give myself 60 percent.
“The coaches told me I had a good game but inside me, I think I would have done better, though I came on when there was a lot of pressure.”
Evbuomwan penned a two - and - a - half year deal with Arab Contractors in the winter transfer market.
