Flying Eagles Coach Manu Garba Names Starting Lineup
Published: March 08, 2015Flying Eagles coach Manu Garba has named his starting eleven for the opening fixture in the African Youth Championship, which sees Nigeria lock horns with hosts Senegal.
Having missed most of the screening exercise prior to the championship because he was wrapping up a deal with Estoril, Dele Alampasu failed to make the team-sheet.
Instead, Enaholo has the gaffer’s nod in goal, and he will be protected by skipper Musa Mohammed, Mustapha Abdullahi, Izuchukwu Omego and Bello Zaharadeen.
Ifeanyi, Idowu, Matthew and Bulbwa are the four midfielders that have been selected.
Porto youngster Chidera Ezeh and Kalmar youth - teamer Taiwo Awoniyi will lead the charge for goals.
