Shola Ameobi Ponders Move To MLS
Published: March 08, 2015Shola Ameobi has started planning for a career outside the English Premiership, with his deal with Crystal Palace set to run out in the next three months.
The Daily Star claims the Nigeria international could be heading the the United States if the Londoners do not extend his contract in the summer.
Shola Ameobi returned to the EPL in the January transfer window after a brief stint in Turkey with second - tier Gaziantep BB.
Since his debut for Crystal Palace against Arsenal on February 21, he has made three appearances as substitute.
It is assumed that the experienced striker rejected a move to the MLS before agreeing terms with The Eagles.
