Amkar Perm Defender Brian Idowu Happy To Draw Against Rubin Kazan

Speaking after Amkar Perm’s 1 - 1 draw with Rubin Kazan in the 12th round of matches in the Russian Premier League, Russian - Nigerian defender Brian Idowu has praises his teammates for refusing to throw in the towel despite conceding in the last minute.
In the third minute of stoppage time, Branko Jovi�i� equalized for Amkar Perm, who paraded another Nigerian Fegor Ogude .
“Rubin scored in the last minute, but we did not give up and managed to take a point, which, I believe, we deserve.
“We should be happy with this result. On the development of the game, result is natural - Amkar played well in protecting the entire match,” Brian Idowu said to Kazanfirst.ru.
Amkar Perm, who sit 12th in the standings, will entertain Mordovia Saransk in their next Premier League fixture this coming Saturday.
