Official : Edward Ofere Signs Short Term Deal With Sogndal
Published: August 11, 2014Norwegian Premier League side Sogndal have secured the signature of Swedish - Nigerian forward Edward Ofere on a short - term deal.
The 28 - year - old, who last represented FC Vestsjælland in Denmark, has penned a contract tying him to Sogndal till the end of this calender year, that is December 31, 2014.
“We are pleased to have received a great boost in Edward. He is a big strong player that has plenty of physical strength, ” says sports manager Håvard Flo to sogndalfotball.no.
For the rest of this season, Edward Ofere will don the number 19 shirt. He made his league debut on Sunday in the 0 - 1 loss to Bodo/Glimt.
