Lukman Haruna Reaches Milestone Of 50 League Games
Published: April 28, 2014Nigeria international Lukman Haruna reached a milestone for his club, Dynamo Kiev when they took on Metalurh Donetsk in the Ukrainian championship on Sunday, April 27.
Manager Rebrov named the central midfielder in his starting lineup for the game at Stadion Metalurh, handing him his 50th league appearance since his switch from Monaco three seasons ago.
Cautioned in the 56th minute, he was substituted a minute later to avoid picking an unnecessary second booking and an expulsion.
However, the yellow card was his eighth of the season, thus, he has been automatically suspended for the clash with FC Illichivets Mariupol on May 10.
Lukman Haruna made his league debut for the Kievites against Oleksandria on July 16, 2011.
