Britain's leading newspaper The Sun says Charlton have indicated their willingness to have the 22 - year - old Tottenham Hotspur striker on loan this season.
Jonathan Obika impressed while on loan at The Valley last term, bagging 3 goals in 10 appearances.
He previously had loan spells with Yeovil Town, Millwall, Crystal Palace, Peterborough United and Swindon Town.
Obika's contract with Spurs runs out at the end of the 2013 - 2014 season, according to transfer market portal, transfermarkt.com.
