Regarded as one of Charlton Athletic's top prospects, Semi Ajayi enhanced his growing reputation when he was named by coach John Obuh in the Flying Eagles provisional Under 20 World Cup roster.
English clubs know about the 19 - year - old's potential and are exploring the possibility of signing him in the summer transfer market.
Apart from the interest from The Bees, other teams that have shown interest in Ajayi include Norwich, Newcastle United, Crystal Palace, Reading, Millwall, Barnsley, Yeovil and Bristol City.
