But to land the signature of one of Africa's top youngsters, Panathinaikos face high caliber opposition from clubs in Turkey including Samsunspor, Konyaspor and Manisaspor.
Abdul Ajagun, Flying Eagles skipper to the Fifa Under 20s in Turkey, is believed to command a transfer fee of between 400 - 500,000 euros.
He netted three goals for the Flying Eagles at the Fifa Under 20 World Cup.
