Frank Temile Rejected Offers From Ukrainian Clubs
Published: July 16, 2013Former Dynamo Kiev striker Frank Temile has commented on the five years he spent at the Ukrainian club.
Last week, Malta champions Birkirkara announced that they have secured the signature of the 23 - year - old on a one - year contract.
''My experience in Dynamo was neither wholly good nor wholly bad. I had an injury that kept me away for a long time.
''In Dynamo I played with some top-level players. And if not for the injury, things might have turned out differently.
''I got offers from Ukrainian first division clubs, but chose to come to Malta. Here I have a lot of friends and the weather is good,'' Temile told Times of Malta.
Frank Temile was in action for 80 minutes in Birkirkara's goalless draw with Maribor in the Champions League on Tuesday.
