EXCLUSIVE: Flying Eagles Full Back Aigbe Oliha Terminates ES Zarzis Contract
Published: July 11, 2013Nigeria Under 20 international Aigbe Oilha has mutually terminated his contract with Esperance Sportive de Zarzis, less than two years after he signed on the dotted line for the Tunisian club.
The 20 - year - old right back was being owed backlog of wages and according to the regulation of the game's governing body, Fifa, he had the right to shred his contract and walk away as a free agent.
''ES Zarzis have been relegated and he (Oliha, ed) is being owed three months salary.
''So we had to terminate his contract. The club gave him some money but we rejected it.
''He is attracting interest from teams in France, Israel and Greece,'' Akinyemi Olubusola, who manages Aigbe Oliha, said to allnigeriasoccer.com.
Aigbe Oilha's contract with ES Zarzis was due to expire in December 2015.
