Coach Amrouche Releases Starting Eleven
Published: March 23, 2013Harambee Stars coach Adel Amrouche has released his starting line-up for the crucial 2014 World cup qualifier against hosts Nigeria at AJ Esseune Stadium in Calabar on Saturday evening.The coach has adopted a 4-4-2 formation.
Norway based keeper Arnord Origi retains the gloves. Belgium based Johanna Omolo has earned a starting role in the midfield and will play alongside crowd favorite Victor Wanyama, Thika United revelation Francis Kahata and midfield maestro Jamal Mohammed.
South Africa based David Gateri is a surprise starter and will partner with AC Ajaccio hit man Dennis Oliech. Oliech scored one of the goals when the two sides last met in Nairobi.
