SONE ALUKO Is Best Player In The Championship
Published: December 14, 2012Hull City striker Sone Aluko has been selected as the best player in the Championship for the month of November.
The Nigeria international, who netted four goals in six matches in England's second - tier last month, is delighted with the recognition.
''I feel very happy and blessed to receive the November npower Championship Player of the Month award in a league with so many top players and internationals.
''Receiving this so early in my Hull City and Championship career, it’s a special moment for me.
''A massive thank you goes to everybody who has helped me to achieve this and a lot of the credit must go to the manager, coaching staff and my teammates who have helped me to perform well and be effective for the team,'' Aluko was quoted as saying by the official website of Hull City.
Sone Aluko is currently injured but could be back in action in the next three weeks if his rehabilitation goes according to plan.
