FC Midtjylland Reject, SEMIU OLADITI In Talks With Several Clubs
Published: June 24, 2012Semiu Oladiti is pondering his future after his contract was not renewed at the end of 2011 - 2012 season by Danish Superliga side FC Midtjylland. Oladiti arrived the Wolves two years ago from nursery club FC Ebedei, but failed to establish himself in the first team squad.
In the winter transfer market, the 21-year-old offensive midfielder was sent on loan to first division Blokhus FC. However, he failed to impress at North Jutland, and the the club did not take the option of signing him permanently when his loan deal expired.
''Of course I want to remain in Denmark. My agent is discussing with at least three clubs in the Danish first division. But I have specific instructions not to disclose the identities of those clubs we are negotiating with.
''There are clubs in Ukraine and Sweden that have expressed interest in my services. The Ukrainian club have even promised to offer me a contract without undergoing trials. We are weighting all the options available, and a decision on my next destination will be made soon,'' Oladiti told allnigeriasoccer.com in a telephone conversation from the Scandinavian country.
In two seasons with FC Midtjylland, Semiu Oladiti earned monthly wages of 20,000 Danish kroner (approximately 2,500 euros).
